Building
This three-story, modern apartment building is located in the heart of student housing in the north university campus area. Sierra's three bedroom for three people floor plan provides each resident with their own bedroom, along with a shared kitchen, bathroom and a bar top dining area. The apartments have modern furnishings, laminate flooring, bright accent walls, and modern window coverings. All units have air-conditioning, and the second and third floor units have balconies.
Features & Amenities
The building has a lounge for residents to relax or study in and another for table games. A spacious patio with tables, chairs and multiple barbecues is a great outdoor gathering place.
Sierra is home to the area’s housing customer service center.
Residents of Sierra will have the Graduate Full Year contract, beginning in early August and ending in late July.
Parking
The ground floor garage offers both car and secured bicycle parking. The USC bus stops rights in front of the building, so it's easy to get to campus.
