Building
This two-story graduate student building is located at the corner of Adams Blvd and Hoover, just east of Hoover Park. Troyland offers single-occupancy studios and one-bedroom units with bathrooms and full kitchens--very popular floor plans for USC grad students.
Features & Amenities
All units are fully renovated with upgraded kitchens and new flooring and furniture. The bedrooms have air-conditioners and the living rooms feature ceiling fans.
Residents can relax in the deck area, which features a barbecue and patio tables with umbrellas. A small laundry room can be found in the rear of the building.
Residents assigned to Troyland have the Graduate Full Year contract term which begins in early August and ends in late July.
Parking
Residents may obtain a permit for Troyland's underground garage from USC Transportation.
