Building

Manor is a small two-story apartment building featuring one and two-bedroom apartments for graduate students. The building's smaller size and layout engenders communal environment. All units are single occupancy per bedroom, and each bedroom comes with an extra long full-size bed.

Manor is sleek and modern, with a number of attractive features.. Apartment interiors have engineered wood flooring, bright accent walls, modern furnishings, memory foam mattresses, elegant bathrooms, custom cabinetry and countertops as well as air-conditioned living rooms.

Features & Amenities

A small deck area with patio tables and umbrellas and a barbecue is nestled behind the building. The building has its own, small laundry room on the first floor. Manor is next door to the area's Customer Service Center in Sierra and a ten minute walk to campus.

Residents have the Graduate Full Year contract, starting in early August and ending in late July.

Parking

The gated main parking lot is adjacent to the building with limited, primarily tandem, carport spaces available by permit through USC Transportation. There is a USC bus stop at the adjacent Sierra Apartments building.
